In order to receive your ninety (90) day warranty extension you must:

Purchase a brand new eligible unit from the list of qualified resellers within the USA and Canada. The following products are not eligible: server boards, power supply units, chassis, peripherals, and accessories.
Submit a genuine review via the 'Review Here' link above
To ensure your review is eligible, please provide a screenshot that clearly displays the full website URL or the official logo of the platform where you posted your review. Submissions without this will not be accepted.
In your review submission you must disclose that you are receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for your feedback
Review must be submitted within three (3) months of purchase date
Your review will be verified by ASUS and once verified and published you shall be contacted by ASUS via email for your device serial number and date of purchase. Serial number and date of purchase are required in order to grant ninety (90) day warranty extension. The warranty extension will reflect the terms of your standard hardware manufacturing warranty.
After contact by ASUS, your warranty extension will take up to thirty (30) days to process after ASUS has confirmed the relevant information supplied by you to facilitate the request
