Q: [NUC] NUC Not Powering On

Resolution Try the following Steps: Try using a different Power Outlet Test a different power adapter or cord on the NUC If NUC is full system, reseat RAM or Memory Module and SSD, If NUC is barebone, please make sure the customer purchase a RAM and/or memory. Check specifications on NUC website for details on memory and RAM configurations. Optional Step: Clearing CMOS via CMOS battery disconnection, follow steps below: Disconnect all peripherals, devices and power cords from the NUC Remove the bottom chassis cover . Remove the board from the chassis to access the battery on the processor side of the board, if needed. Disconnect the Onboard Battery Connector of the CMOS. (Refer to CMOS Battery on the NUC ) Wait for 2-3 minutes. Connect the Onboard Battery Connector of the CMOS. Reinstall the board in the chassis. Replace the chassis cover . Reconnect all peripherals, devices and the power adapter . Press the power button . If in need of further assistance, contact ASUS Customer Support .

Optional Step:
