We use a range of environmentally friendly materials in our products — such as post-consumer recycled plastic, post-industrial recycled metal, ocean-bond plastic and FSC^™-certified packaging — and we actively promote the use of renewable energy in the manufacturing process. We strive to find solutions to reduce our carbon emissions, including if necessary the use of internationally recognized carbon credits, for example in the groundbreaking ExpertBook B9 and Zenbook S 13 OLED carbon-neutral laptops. With the ASUS Carbon Partner Services, We offer customers the option to offset their carbon emissions responsibly, contributing to a more sustainable future for everyone.

We firmly believe that technology and sustainability can work hand in hand, forging a path towards a brighter future. Our journey begins with green materials and proactive solutions, such as upcycling post-consumer recycled plastics (PCR), harnessing ocean-bound plastics (OBP), and using post-industrial recycled (PIR) metals (such as magnesium-lithium alloy and aluminum alloy) in our eco-friendly products.

PCR materials include everyday recyclable materials like, cardboard boxes, paper, and plastic bottles. PIR materials come from manufacturing processes, and are put back into the production pipeline. We actively salvage OBP materials such as fishing nets and bottles, safeguarding our precious marine ecosystems. This holistic approach propels us toward a sustainable future where innovation and responsibility coalesce, driving meaningful change for generations to come.
