As a special thank-you for purchasing an ROG Thor III and or ROG Strix Platinum PSU (the “Purchased Product”), ASUS provides discount code for ROG Equalizer (the “Offer”) upon completion of Product (as defined below) registration. The Offer is provided as a complimentary benefit and does not form part of, and is not included with, the Product purchased by you. Before participating in the Offer, you should understand the terms and conditions governing this promotion (the “Offer Terms”). The Offer Terms are in addition to ASUS’s Terms of Use Notice (https://170.p.syniva.es/terms_of_use_notice_privacy_policy/official-site/) and Privacy Policy under Section 6 (the “Standard Terms”) governing your use of the ASUS services. You must create an ASUS member account to be eligible for this Offer. By registering the Product, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Offer Terms and the Standard Terms. Capitalized terms used here but not defined have the meaning given to them in our Standard Terms. ASUS reserve the right to terminate this Offer and revised the Offer Terms or Standard Terms at any time.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE.

You shall become a member of ASUS, log in to an ASUS account and submit the serial number of the Purchased Product to redeem the Offer. One (1) Serial Number (SN) registered may be eligible to redeem one (1) discount code and the discount code will be provided by ASUS upon the ASUS’ review for your submission.

2. OFFER PERIOD AND OFFER TERRITORY.

The Offer commences on May 28, 2026, GMT+8, and ends on November 28, 2026, GMT+8 (the "Promotion Period"). The Offer is available worldwide, excluding Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of any Offer, except by ASUS, which reserves the right to substitute an Offer with one of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and any duties on the Offer are your sole responsibility.

If you return the Product, the Offer will be automatically invalidated, and you will not be entitled to claim or receive the Offer. This does not apply if you exercise your legal rights under the relevant consumer protection laws due to a defective Product.

4. DISQUALIFICATION
ASUS reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any serial numbers submitted. If ASUS, at its sole discretion, determines that your submitted serial number is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise cannot be authenticated, ASUS may disqualify you from the Offer without prior notice. In such event, any redeem codes issued shall be rendered void, and ASUS reserves the right to seek legal remedies for any fraudulent claims.

5. PRIVACY; DATA COLLECTION.

6. SEVERABILITY.

If any clause of the Offer Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted, and the remaining clauses shall continue to survive and remain in full force and effect.

ASUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY OFFER OR THE PARTICIPATION IN THE OFFER. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFER, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD ASUS AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARENTS, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND FULFILLMENT AGENCIES, AND LEGAL ADVISORS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY OFFER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
