How to Participate

1. Purchase any of the eligible ASUS GeForce RTX™ 50 series graphics card listed above within the Promotion Period (invoice MUST show this date).

2. Click on the REGISTER button on this page and fill in the form to participate in the lucky draw.

3. Participants who win the lucky draw will be informed via email within 30 business days after the registration period has ended. T&Cs apply.

Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

The promotion – ASUS GeForce Festival 2026 (“Promotion”) is hosted by AsusTek Computer Malaysia Sdn Bhd.(“ASUS”).

1. By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Promotion commences on Mar 16, 2026 at 00:00 (MYT) and ends on April 26, 2026 at 23:59 (MYT) (“Promotion Period”). The redemption period to claim the Promotion starts on Mar 16, 2026 at 00:00 (MYT) and will end on May 1, 2026 at 23:59 (MYT) ("Redemption Period").

3. All purchases from dealers within Malaysia (“Promotion Area”) are allowed to claim. Products purchased outside of the Promotion Area will strictly not be entertained.

4. Every participant is only allowed to claim one (1) eligible product per product group. Any additional submission by the same user will strictly not be entertained.

5. Only products listed on this Promotion Site is eligibible for redemption. Any entry with products not listed on this Promotion Site will strictly not be entertained.

6. All invoice submitted must have:

i. the date of purchase clearly visible and the date is within the "Promotion Period" in this Terms & Conditions

ii. product name & its serial number clearly visible.

iii. store name and/or store address where user has purchased the product clearly visible

Any invoice submitted that does not meet any one of the requirements mentioned above will be deemed invalid and will strictly not be entertained.

7. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that all entry details submitted on this Promotion Site is valid and accurate. Any appeal pertaining to participant's failure to receive cashback or prizes due to wrongful submission by participant will strictly not be entertained.

8. You must follow the below steps on this Promotion Site for redemption:

i. Purchase an eligible ASUS Product stated on this Promotion Site during Promotion Period from a participating dealer in the Promotion Area.

ii. Submit the purchasing invoice on this Promotion Site within the "Redemption Period".

iii. All eligible submission will be automatically included in the Lucky Draw in the Promotion. Participant who wins the lucky draw prizes will be informed via email address submitted on this Promotion Site within 30 working days after the Redemption Period has ended.

ASUS will conduct the lucky draw after the Redemption Period has ended. Only eligible submission will be included in the lucky draw. ASUS has no obligation to inform participants on the eligibility of his or her submission in the lucky draw.

Participants may not request any specific prizes they wish to obtain. All prizes are given at random based on lucky draw outcome. All decisions made by ASUS on the Lucky Draw outcome are final and binding, and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

9. If the participant has not received cashback or prizes confirmation within 30 working days after the Redemption Period has ended, it is the responsibility of the participant to contact the support team via contacus_my@asus.com to initiate an investigation.

10. ASUS Malaysia does not hold the obligation to inform user, in any format, who does not meet the eligibility requirement of the Promotion.

11. ASUS employees, employees from ASUS affiliates and/or partners or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors and their employees/relatives are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Moreover, corporate/commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this promotion.

12. ASUS reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time, after proper communication and announcement with 10 days advance notice if there happen to be malfunctions, disruptions, frauds, viruses or similar incidents and if administration, security, fairness, integrity or the procedure of the Promotion are affected. There are no options or demands following the early termination.

13. The Participants agree for ASUS to keep their personal data such as names, addresses, and other information listed in the ASUS online form through this promotion and under the ASUS Privacy Policy.

14. By submitting the registration form, the participant declares that he has taken note of and agrees to these conditions of participation. ASUS reserves the right to change or correct these terms and conditions at any time.
