Terms and Conditions
- 1. ASUS ProCare Unlimited 360 Cleaning & Maintenance Service is available only for selected laptop models launched and/or purchased from 28th July 2026 onwards.
- 2. Eligible laptop series include ASUS Zenbook, ASUS ProArt, ASUS Vivobook S, and ASUS ROG.
- 3. Eligibility may vary depending on the specific model. Customers are advised to confirm eligibility with an authorised ASUS reseller at the time of purchase.
- 4. Customers may be required to present proof of purchase for eligibility verification.
- 5. he service may include hardware inspection and diagnostics, internal cleaning, exterior cleaning, thermal paste reapplication, cooling system optimization, system health check, system performance and stability check, and battery health assessment, where applicable.
- 6. The actual service scope may vary depending on the model design, product condition, service centre assessment, and parts or material availability.
- 7. Factory reset or system recovery is optional and will only be performed upon the customer’s request and approval.
- 8. Customers are required to back up all important data before submitting their device for service. ASUS shall not be responsible for any loss of data, software, or applications during the service.
- 9. Customers are advised to remove all personal accessories, external devices, stickers, memory cards, and other removable items before submitting the device. ASUS shall not be responsible for any loss of such items.
- 10. This service does not include the repair or replacement of defective parts, except for eligible back-cover screws.
- 11. If any defective parts or additional repair requirements are identified during inspection, ASUS will inform the customer separately. Any repair or replacement outside this service will require the customer’s approval and may be subject to additional charges.
- 12. Existing physical damage, liquid damage, corrosion, unauthorised modification, or damage resulting from previous repair work is not covered under this service.
- 13. Service results may vary depending on the condition of the device. ASUS does not guarantee complete removal of stains, marks, rust, corrosion, or cosmetic wear.
- 14. Service turnaround time may vary depending on service centre workload, product condition, and parts or material availability.
- 15. ASUS reserves the right to make the final decision on service eligibility and to interpret these Terms and Conditions where necessary.
