ASUS Partner Service Training Program
Empowering Certified Service Excellence
To deliver a consistently reliable service experience for end customers, the ASUS Partner Service Training Program is designed to strengthen the technical capabilities of ASUS partners while ensuring full alignment with ASUS service standards across all kinds of service processes.
This program equips service engineers with a systematic understanding of ASUS commercial products, including laptops, desktops, and all-in-one systems. Participants will master fundamental hardware specifications, product naming principles, and after-sales service responsibilities, enabling faster and more accurate issue identification from real customer repair cases.
The training also covers common hardware and software troubleshooting methodologies, helping engineers develop efficient, precise, and standardized repair practices that meet ASUS quality requirements.
Program Structure
The training program is divided into two complementary modules to balance theory and practical application:
1. Online Training
The online courses focus on:
Core hardware architecture and product fundamentals
Software troubleshooting processes
Maintenance guidelines for various service scenarios
2. Hands-On Practice (Onsite Training)
For participants who enroll in both modules, onsite hands-on training will be arranged by local ASUS service teams after successful completion of the online courses. These sessions provide in-depth practical experience through guided repair exercises and real-world case simulations.
Certification & Flexibility
Commercial partners may select training modules based on their business needs and obtain certification for the completed courses. Upon successful completion of the online theoretical training and/or onsite hands-on practice, participants will be awarded the ASUS Certified Repair Engineer qualification.
With this certification, engineers are fully equipped with professional repair skills and validated technical knowledge, enabling them to deliver high-quality, standardized service and contribute effectively to the ASUS global service network.
