What a great overall package laptop this is. The highlight is definitely its display, for its fast and high colour accuracy. Definitely up to the task for photo and video editing work.
The ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED UX3404 is an excellent laptop that offers great performance and portability.
Now, this color is special because ASUS did a special coating on it called plasma ceramization to create a ceramic-like finish. It feels good to the touch, and absolutely amazing to look at especially with that new ASUS logo breaking up what would otherwise look monotonous.
The good news is the Zenbook 14X OLED has passed all of the military grade MIL-STD 810H standards, making it durable and reliable, and allow you to bring it out without much worry.

The Asus Zenbook 14X OLED is a pretty powerful laptop with a nice touchscreen OLED display, good ergonomics and great value for money.

ASUS has opted for a new coating called Plasma Ceramization Coating. The coating on the panel now uses a stony texture for a ceramic smooth feel, which happens to be eco-friendly. Not just that, with the 8H hardness it’s now one tough cookie and has a 72H grade – where they have tested it with Salt spray and the back is an anti-fingerprint surface.
This configuration is capable of handling light to moderate video editing and gaming which is typically not what a Zenbook is designed for but which is nonetheless quite a feat seeing its slim 16.9mm thin form factor, while weighing about 1.5kg on average made of machined aluminium and polycarbonate with a robust MIL-STD810H rating for drop and temperature resistance.
