Products where the damage or malfunction is determined to be Customer-Induced Damage (CID), accidental damage, or misuse, thereby avoiding the original warranty coverage.

*All service charges for ASUS devices are subject to a thorough diagnostic inspection. Cost of repairs may vary based on the nature and extent of the repair required. A final service estimate will be provided only after the device diagnosis is complete.

*If the device is submitted for diagnosis but the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair, a diagnostic fee will apply.

*If the customer proceeds with the repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee will be waived. The final invoice will include the spare part cost and applicable labour charges.

*Actual spare part prices may vary and subject to change without prior notice.

*Customers purchasing only spare parts through an Authorized ASUS Service Provider (ASP) will be charged the spare part price. Find your nearest ASP at the ASUS Service Center Locator.
