Troubleshooting - Camera Unusable After Restoring or Installing Windows OS

If you have restored or installed the Windows operating system and subsequently encountered an issue where the camera is unusable after performing Windows updates, please follow these steps:

Visit the official Microsoft website.
Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable Package.

This should help resolve the issue with the camera not functioning.
